I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location in a castle was absolutely stunning, giving it a fairytale-like ambiance. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The bathroom was well-equipped and the water had good pressure. I also enjoyed the sitting area in the room, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The complimentary breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious dishes to choose from. the comfort and quality of this place exceeded my expectations.

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Staying in a castle is an experience like no other. the view from the castle bridge over the Inn river is breathtaking. the rooms are comfortable, with all amenities included in the marble bathroom. the breakfast was exceptional, and the staff was always helpful and friendly. the castle also has an art gallery and a lovely enclosed garden. There is on-site parking available for free.

Some of the hotel rooms lacked character and charm in comparison to the main building.

Spending New Year's Eve at this castle was a dream come true! The amazing views from our room were worth every penny. We enjoyed the beautiful surroundings and the friendly staff who made our stay comfortable. The restaurant served delicious food that we could not resist trying again. The breakfast included a fresh selection of baked goods that complemented the fruits and cereals just right. Additionally, we appreciated the location being close to a few different towns for excursions

We didn't like that there were no sink plugs or tissues in the room, but we were able to manage with what was available. Also, we would recommend more clear descriptions of the bathroom type available as we were surprised by the wet room arrangement, but nonetheless we enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed the stunning location of the hotel and took lovely walks with great views over the river. The room was well equipped and comfortable and the breakfast was abundant and varied. The staff were very attentive and friendly.

The hotel exterior was great- very picturesque and peaceful surroundings to spend a couple of days. the room was quite clean and the bed was comfortable, perfect for a romantic escape. the smell of the fresh forest air was something you could not get enough of.

The room was small, would be too tight for a long stay, but perfect for a night or two, aside from the ants I kept seeing all over my luggage. the hot tub was not working, which was disappointing, and when I brought it up with staff, they were apathetic and didn't offer any remedy for the issue.
